A. Due to our Elleete™️ pending patents, only Elleete™️ hats are utilized.
Q. Can I provide my own patches?
A. Yes, we accept your “iron on” patches. Ship direct to our facility for attachment to your hat order
Q. Can I provide my own artwork?
A. Yes, email your artwork to our design team and we will let you know if it is a good fit for our brims.
Q. What is your Turn Around Time?
A. Depending upon the size of your order and if you choose an in-stock hat or require custom designed hats, will determine turn around time.
Q. Can I use any design on the brim?
A. Most of the time, yes… you can choose any of our stock designs or you can send us your artwork and our design team will determine if it is suitable for our brims.
Q. Can I add my own patches after we order our Elleete™️ hats?
A. Please note, Elleete™️ is a Brand and you must have an approved wholesale account with and an on-going relationship with us in order for us to ship your Elleete™️ hats without a crown decoration/patch.
Q. Do you provide Mockups?
A. Yes, once your order has been placed and we are in receipt of your custom artwork, we will provide a mockup of your design on our Elleete™️ prior to production.
